TRADES
Open trades are allowed from then end of week 17 of the NFL season to the end of Week 12 of every season. After 2 owners have decided on a trade, the Commissioner of the league must be contacted of the trade or the trade must be put onto the website. The trade cannot go through until both owners have agreed to the Commissioners either verbally or via the web software. Either commissioner of their league may “void” a trade in the league they run ONLY. If a trade is voided and the owner disagrees with the decision, a protest may be filed and the board will vote on the trade. The owner may be present at the meeting to argue their case for the trade. A board vote is written in stone, the decision is final. A traded player may play the week he is traded. Draft Picks may not be traded during the season. The only time this can be done is between end of season and day before the draft. Trading during on draft day is forbidden.

TRADE DEADLINE
Trade deadline is end of week 12, as soon as the Monday night game strikes 0:00.

CONTINGENCY TRADES
A contingency trade is a trade made on a Friday-Sunday for a player that has already played. An example would be a trade that has a QB, RB and WR involved by both teams, the WR for a team played on Thursday night and the owners still want the trade to go through prior to Sunday. The QB & RB can then be traded for that week but the WRs will NOT be traded until Tuesday morning. This is allowed.

TRADERS REMORSE
Owners are allotted a 15 minute traders remorse after a trade is completed online. This would mean that if an owner accidentally clicks accept on a trade they didn't mean to accept they have 5 minutes to contact a commissioner to reverse the trade. Once reversed, the owner is responsible for contacting the team they were making the trade with to alert them to their mistake.

TRADING OF TEAMS
Trading of teams and to change conferences is legal but can only occur during the off-season. When the trade happens, each owner is mandated to take the players on the team they are acquiring in the trade.

INJURED AND RETIRED
An injured player and/or retired player can be replaced and played immediately at no charge if done before noon on Sunday. There is an injured reserve list consisting of 2 spots per roster. An owner may put a player on injured reserve and pick another player up for the time being. After a player is off injured reserve the owner has the choice of releasing the newly signed player of the injured reserve player. The minimum amount of time a player HAS to be on the IR is 2 weeks. A player may not be released from the IR until the 2 week period is completed. The IR is limited to 2 players. IR pickups are free. Injured players may be replaced throughout the season and post season. If a player is on the IR of a team and plays during the week, they must be removed from IR prior to the next Sunday morning at 9am. If that player is to play on Thursday, he must be removed from IR prior to game time on Thursday. If a player is REPORTED not removed from an IR in time by anyone or found by a commissioner, the commissioner is to drop this player off the current roster. This does NOT supersede the necessary 2 weeks of being on the IR. If a player is listed as DTD, or Probable when the real injury is serious and not being reported as such on Tuesday morning due to NFL rules, a coach may put on the message board, text or email ONLY as a phone call is not track able. When a commish gets this information they are to research the player's injury and make a formal decision.

WAIVER WIRE
In 2020 it was decided to implement the waiver wire. This is setup and ran by the fantasy football software. Waiver claims are due by noon on Wednesday. After the noon deadline, all players available fall into the free agency (see below) list off waiver wire and are on a first come first serve basis. The RT Sports software does require 4 hours for waiver wire transactions to complete so actual pickup can not occur until Wednesday afternoon at 4pm. When a waiver wire claim is completed, a player from the same position must be released immediately. The Waiver wire is created to run as a "tumbler" which means the team is moved last to priority after making a successful claim. Waiver wire order is decided by the prior season's finishing rank. The 1st waiver pick is the #7 team, 2nd is #8, 3rd is #9, 4th is #10, 5th is #11, 6th is #12 and then 1-6 are listed next. This makes it so all teams that didn't make the playoffs get a chance at an early waiver pickup.

FREE AGENTS
When a free agent is signed, a player from the same position must be released immediately. Free Agents are playable immediately. Each signing will cost $2. They are signed on a first come first serve basis and the Commissioner will let owners know when the availability of previously signed players come about via the web site. When a “franchise-possible” player gets released or if 2 owners contact the commissioner at the same time about the same player, there will be a bid-off by any interested owner. The Commissioner’s will decide who is a “franchise-possible” player. These players are former big name, high profile players that may not be out of their prime and could truly help a team. During weeks 15, 16 and 17 the teams in the playoffs that is bound for the Beer Bowl will get first chance to receive a free agent. If a player is picked up by a non-Beer Bowl Tournament team and a Beer Bowl Tournament team wants to acquire that player the pickup for the non-Beer Bowl Tournament team will then be voided and the player will be put on the Beer Bowl Tournament team. No player picked up after week 14 will be eligible for protection.
