Questions to ask in survey:

It will be an online draft but hosted. We’d like you to be in person but if not capable, you can draft online. If you fail to draft online without alerting a commish, it’ll auto pick and you lose your team. Timer will be default or 2 minute max. If the auto pick is an IDP then you get the D that goes with it.

1. In 2021 we are protecting players, do you want to protect players in 2022? (protection rules would remain the same and only be for 1 season OR until next in-person vote can conclude)

2. Would you like to keep the IDP or remove? (Same rules as last year)

3. NFL has implemented a 18 week, 17 game season. Would you like the extra week for:

   1. Leave the same and week 18 is a null week

   2. Add 2 teams to the playoffs and give top teams a bye week 15 (lowest seed will always play the highest seed)

   3. Add 1 week to the season to make it a 15 week regular season bringing back the "grudge" week to play inter-conference game.

4. Would you like to bring back grudge week in 2021-2022 (week 7)?

5. Would you like Ryan to randomize the divisions (not conferences).
